To help close the gap we have created an integrative virtual program to keep you healthy, both physically and mentally during these uncertain times.

Join the Adapt Recovery Consultants you know and love, as well as special guest presenters, practitioners, and experts in their field each week as they help you to regain some normality and live a more fulfilled and capable life - right from the comfort of your home.

A number of our instructors have first-hand lived experience with spinal cord injury rehabilitation and recovery, lending themselves to our program as peer mentors and a resource for you to reach out to.

Guided Meditation

With Janine Atkinson

A group meditation class with guidance provided by trained Health and Life Coach, Janine Atkinson. Her coaching program dives deep with meditations like EFT (tapping), inner child healing work, and creating health-inspired goals.

Dance Fitness with Ania

Every Thursday at 11am PST

Ania is a certified dance fitness instructor and the host of our all-abilities dance class. Dance with Ania virtually every Thursday at 11am. All ages and abilities are welcome!

Adaptive Yoga

Every Wednesday at 11am PST

Nicole Roach, is an Adaptive Yoga Instructor who implements diversity inclusion techniques into her practice to ensure that all people, no matter their ability level, are able to participate. This class is about 30 minutes long, comprising of light yoga, meditation, and relaxation.
