About the event
AdaptFit is an in-person small group fitness class instructed/coached by our own Neurological Recovery Specialists. Classes are twice weekly and aim to challenge the participants' physical fitness. Any skill or ability level can participate in these classes as each exercise will have adaptable variations and assistance, if needed. Spaces are limited, so please make sure to sign-up.
