About the event
Join us every last Thursday of the month at 4pm for the MS Active program, offered exclusively to attendees of our MS seminar series at no additional cost. This monthly exercise class is specifically designed to help manage and alleviate symptoms associated with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Led by Adapt's certified exercise physiologist and a neurological physical therapist who specialize in MS, our class focuses on enhancing balance, ensuring proper body mechanics, and maintaining the highest level of safety.
